The hotel room didn't come with a microwave until we paid and checked in, and the Continental Breakfast was not as expected, offering frozen waffles, cereal, and muffins. Despite the rooms being dirty with a bad-smelling curtain, the service was accommodating and kind, although communication was lacking. The location was convenient despite the presence of strange people near the hospital. Dining had limited options with bugs in the muffins, but the property felt like family. Price was suitable for the experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were disappointingly dirty and not up to standard, I found them to be unexpectedly clean and updated. The service, especially from TI, was awesome, fulfilling my requests promptly. The location was very convenient, close to AT&T Stadium and easily accessible, yet some facilities like the dining options and water pressure could use improvement.

The service was fantastic overall, with comfortable pillowtop mattresses, despite some poor greetings. The location had easy access to highways, the airport, restaurants, and shopping, but there were some issues with cleanliness and lighting.
